MEET CHARLES
Charles Draper Consultancy and Investments work with the founders and leaders of small & medium size businesses. We want to help you develop the framework and utilise proven strategies and processes to consistently deliver your vision to enhance growth from within.
Charles is a 27 year-old entrepreneur, now approaching his first business’s 6th Birthday and celebrating a turnover of over £6 million he looks for further investment opportunities by launching and funding various start-ups nationally.
Charles started his career in Logistics and at 18 he spent some time traveling the world before starting a Business Management Degree. Three months into his course he decided to launch his first business in Recruitment.
Throughout the years he has been in business he now has a group of companies with various directors that organise and run the 4 recruitment divisions that stretch from Logistics to Healthcare.
The group of businesses have offices in 5 major cities across the UK and work with some of the biggest names in the market.
Charles also owns a Commercial Property portfolio that through strategic buying and hard negotiating is successfully generating a 20% return per year on over £1 million of commercial property across the UK. He now spends his time consulting, investing and appearing at various public speaking events sharing his stories in business and working with aspiring entrepreneurs.
